What if I can’t attend live classes?
A: Live participation is recommended, but every class is recorded. You’ll have full access to replays, and the most important shifts happen through your journaling, reflection, and applying the practices in your daily life.
Is this a video course?
A: No. This is a live, guided, intuitive experience with Ulla each week. Every session is recorded so you can revisit or catch up anytime.
How long are the replays available?
A: All class replays are available for three full months after the journey. Your Playbook and all mp3 meditations are yours to keep forever.
What if I fall behind?
A: You can always catch up through the replays, and the journaling work can be done at your own pace. You’ll also have email support if you need guidance or encouragement.
What kind of support will I receive?

When will the bonus masterclasses on Signs and EFT take place?
A: They will be scheduled at the beginning of the new year. You’ll receive an invitation to join live and will automatically get the replays, available for two months after each class.
Do I need prior experience with energy work or meditation?
A: Not at all. Everything is guided step by step. All you need is openness and willingness to explore new perspectives and practices.
How much time should I set aside each week?
A: The weekly live call is about 90 minutes. Beyond that, you choose how deeply to engage with the journaling and practices.
What if English is not my first language?
A: The language used is simple, clear, and accessible. Many non-native speakers have taken this journey with ease. And don’t worry, English is not Ulla’s first language either, which makes the communication natural, intuitive, and easy to follow.
